Chris began his appraisal career directly after graduating from MSU in 2002.  After obtaining his license in 2005 he moved to the Grand Rapids area and started Grand River Appraisal. He is committed to his trade which is obvious by his attention to detail and genuine care for developing a credible opinion of value within his appraisal reports.
